Shahid Kapoor’s Deva is his first pan-India movie, catering to audiences in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.

Shahid’s First Dual Role:

For the first time in his career, Shahid will play dual character Deva, a warrior, and Devendra, a modern-day vigilante.

Renowned Hollywood action director, who worked on Mad Max: Fury Road, was hired to choreograph the stunts.

One-Year Preparation:

Shahid underwent rigorous training in ancient weaponry, martial arts, and horse riding for over a year.

Custom-Made Costumes:

– The costumes in Deva were designed by an Oscar-winning designer to reflect the blend of modernity and tradition.

Epic Fight Scene:

A single fight sequence in Deva cost ₹10 crore to film, involving 500 extras and intricate choreography.

Shahid’s Creative Input:

Shahid was actively involved in shaping the script, making Deva a deeply personal project for him.

Music Maestro:

AR Rahman composed the soundtrack, marking his first collaboration with Shahid Kapoor.

Longest Shooting Schedule:

Deva had a shooting schedule spanning 150 days, Shahid’s longest for any project.
