Zomato has officially rebranded its parent company to Eternal Limited, reflecting its expansion beyond food delivery.
Eternal now encompasses four major businesses: Zomato (food delivery), Blinkit (quick-commerce), District (live events), and Hyperpure (kitchen supplies).
The name "Eternal" has been used internally within the company for over two years before its public announcement.
Along with the name change, the company's stock ticker will transition from ZOMATO to ETERNAL.
Despite the corporate rebranding, the Zomato app and its services will continue under the same name, ensuring user familiarity.
